The Integrative Therapies Program for Children with Cancer in the Division of Pediatric Oncology at Columbia University Medical Center, Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of New York-Presbyterian provides free complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) therapies to children with cancer and their families through and beyond cancer treatment. Our research is expanding outside North America through our international initiatives. Our interactive website serves as a central educational and research resource on children with cancer and integrative medicine.
~~~~~~~~~~~Breaking News~~~~~~~~~~~
The Integrative Therapies Program was awarded 20 running entries for the 2008 ING NYC Marathon. Within four days of announcing the openings, all entries were secured by our supporters, staff, and families. Each marathoner is fundraising for the event, and for each dollar raised, a matching dollar will be donated by one of our program’s benefactors. All proceeds will support the clinical services of the program. We welcome all those who are interested in supporting the marathoners to run the 2008 NYC ING Marathon.
If you would like to make a donation, please contact Hope & Heroes at 212-305-1420 or go to http://www.teamcontinuum.net and donate to a particular athlete. Click here to find your athlete.
